THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PIZZA

MEET TIM & PAIGE

We’re the husband-and-wife team behind Cult Pizza. What started as a small pop-up became our family’s pizza trailer. Today, we bring it to celebrations around Denver, cooking on site and serving fresh batches of pizza for your guests. We’ll work with you on the menu and details so your gathering feels like yours.

THE DETAILS

CATERING FAQs

From the first slice to the final details. Here’s what to know before you book.

How does service work?

We bring the trailer and cook on site, serving pizza buffet-style in fresh batches. Guests help themselves throughout the agreed serving window. This works best for a relaxed gathering, rather than everyone receiving an individual meal at exactly the same time.

How many guests can you cater for, and where do you travel?

We currently cater for up to 120 guests and travel roughly 30–40 minutes around Denver. Smaller parties are welcome; the $750 food minimum still applies. Send your venue address so we can confirm travel time, access and suitability. Larger events need a separate conversation.

What is included in the price?

Pizza starts at $22 per guest, with margherita, pepperoni and one specialty. Two specialties are $24 per guest. Add one salad for $5 per guest, or both salads for $7 with a half portion of each. Gluten-friendly dough is $4 per requesting guest. Food selections count toward the $750 food minimum. Add the $350 catering fee, 20% gratuity on food and the catering fee, and applicable tax. The minimum standard booking is $1,320 before tax.

What do you need from our venue?

We need permission to operate the trailer, suitable access and a safe, level setup area. Venue electricity or shore power is helpful; we can bring a generator when needed. Tell us about power, access, noise restrictions and weather arrangements before booking. We’ll confirm the setup plan with you.

When do you arrive, and how long do you serve?

We agree on arrival and serving times before booking based on your guest count, menu and venue. Arrival is earlier than service so we can set up and prepare the ovens and pizzas. Put your desired meal time and serving duration in your inquiry so we can plan around your event.

Can you accommodate gluten-free, no-pork or allergy requests?

We offer gluten-friendly dough, but use a shared preparation and cooking environment. We cannot provide celiac-safe service or guarantee an allergen-free meal. If you avoid pork, ask us about a replacement for pepperoni before booking. List allergies and dietary requests in your inquiry; we’ll confirm which menu options we can accommodate.

Do you bus tables or handle venue cleanup?

Our $350 catering fee includes routine local travel, loading, setup, cook-and-serve service, pack-up and cleanup of our own cooking and serving area. Guest-table bussing, venue trash handling and general venue cleanup are not included. If your venue requires those services, we quote additional staffing before booking.

How do we reserve our date?

Start with the estimate and send your date, venue, guest count and serving time. We’ll confirm availability and send a written quote with the terms for you to review before signing. Your date is reserved after the agreement is signed and the 30% booking retainer is received. An online estimate or inquiry alone does not reserve a date.

When are final details and payment due?

Final guest counts, menu choices and dietary details are due 14 days before the event. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Your written agreement sets out the payment, change and cancellation terms; review those before confirming your booking.
