Check the location before the invitations
Our service happens on site from a trailer. An office address alone won’t tell us whether the setup works. Share the proposed parking or event area, property rules and any venue contact so we can confirm access and suitability before booking.
Give us the details that shape your quote
Send your event date, address, guest count and serving window. Add the occasion and any scheduling requirements, such as a lunch break or evening program. We travel roughly 30–40 minutes around Denver and confirm each location individually. Include dietary requests so we can discuss what’s possible.
Do you offer office delivery or drop-off catering?
Our catering service brings the trailer to your event and cooks on site. Plan for a suitable trailer location rather than a food delivery to the office.
What size company event can you cater?
Every catering booking has a $750 food minimum. With the $350 catering fee and 20% gratuity, the minimum standard booking is $1,320 before tax. We cater for up to 120 guests. Your final quote depends on your guest count, menu and venue requirements.
How do we inquire about a holiday party?
Send the date, location, expected attendance and preferred serving time. We’ll need to confirm availability and trailer suitability. Sending an inquiry does not reserve the date.
