Make room for the trailer
We bring our trailer and cook at your event. Before booking, we’ll need to confirm that your venue allows trailer catering and has suitable access and space. Share your venue address and any vendor requirements early, especially if you’re coordinating with a planner.
Start with the date and the place
We travel roughly 30–40 minutes around Denver, with each location confirmed individually. Send your date, venue, expected guest count and preferred serving time. Mention whether you’re planning the reception, rehearsal dinner or another wedding gathering. We’ll use those details to discuss availability and your quote.
How much does wedding catering cost?
Every catering booking has a $750 food minimum. With the $350 catering fee and 20% gratuity, the minimum standard booking is $1,320 before tax. We cater for up to 120 guests. Your final quote depends on your guest count, menu and venue requirements.
Can you cater our wedding venue?
We serve locations roughly 30–40 minutes around Denver. We’ll confirm travel, trailer access and venue suitability before a booking is agreed. Our current maximum is 120 guests.
Does an inquiry reserve our wedding date?
An inquiry starts the conversation. Your date is not reserved until availability and booking arrangements have been confirmed.
